St. Faustina Kowalska, born in 1905 in Poland. A humble nun of the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy. Though she had little formal education. God entrusted her with a profound mission—to spread the message of His Divine Mercy to the world. Through a series of mystical visions, Jesus revealed to her the image of Divine Mercy. The Chaplet of Divine Mercy, and His desire for a special feast dedicated to His mercy on the Sunday after Easter.

Despite enduring great physical suffering and spiritual trials. St. Faustina remained faithful to her mission, recording everything in her diary. Now known as Divine Mercy in My Soul. Her writings have touched millions and continue to draw hearts back to the infinite compassion of Christ. Canonized in the year 2000, she reminds us that even in our weakness, we can trust fully in God’s mercy and become instruments of His love to others.
